Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from our international fulfillment centers. All orders are processed with care to ensure a reliable delivery experience. Shipments are handled through trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and regional postal services depending on the destination.
Processing Times
In-stock items require 1–3 business days for processing. Pre-order items display their estimated availability date on the product page. Processing time is additional to the shipping time shown at checkout. Express Shipping is not recommended for pre-order items.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over USD 79 (after discounts), depending on destination eligibility shown at checkout.
Shipping Times and Costs
Shipping times and prices vary by destination. All available options are shown during checkout. As general guidance:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 4–16 business days
- Express Shipping: approximately 3–12 business days
- Some countries or regions may not support Express Shipping
Remote areas, APO/FPO addresses, and territories may require additional time.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated Delivery = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Shipping Time (shown at checkout). Delivery timelines may be impacted by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather events, or local holidays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your final checkout total includes all applicable duties and taxes for your destination. No additional fees will be charged at delivery, and you will not be asked to pay extra tariffs before or after receiving your package. Reevys handles all required customs documentation.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, most of Europe, Mexico, selected Middle Eastern countries, and selected Asia-Pacific regions. Full availability and costs are displayed at checkout.
