At Reevys, we design with intention and encourage thoughtful purchases. Below is a clear and transparent outline of how returns are handled.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

How Returns Work

Submit your return request through your Reevys account by selecting the relevant order and item(s). If you can’t access your account, contact us at hello@reevys.com.

Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns sent outside this process or timeframe may be refused.

Return Shipping

For returns due to change of mind, sizing or style, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a return label is provided by Reevys, the shipping cost may be deducted from the issued store credit.

Eligibility

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or missing components may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale / Clearance styles
  • Lingerie, tights, and socks
  • Earrings and select accessories
  • Swimwear and bodysuits without hygiene liners attached
  • Matching sets returned incomplete

Orders paid entirely with store credit are considered Final Sale.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Non-transferable
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Cannot be withdrawn or refunded

Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty, submit a return request within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.

Once approved:

  • A refund to the original payment method will be issued
  • Return shipping for faulty items is covered by Reevys

Refunds to the original payment method are only issued for approved faulty items. All other approved returns are processed as store credit.

Unavailable Items / Inventory Limitations

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed due to inventory limitations.

If this occurs, the order will be canceled and the full amount will be issued as store credit, allowing you to choose another piece you love.

Store credit is issued immediately, is valid for 12 months, and can be used across the entire site.

Final Notes

  • Exchanges are not available at this time
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit
  • Items returned in error that are not from Reevys cannot be recovered

Reevys reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
