REEVYS is a U.S.-based fashion brand headquartered in Wyoming, United States.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of reevys.com (the “Website”), including purchases of products and services offered through it.

Throughout these Terms, “REEVYS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the Website and providing our products and services.

By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. General Conditions

By using our Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or communicating with our customer support team.

You may not use our Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes or interfere with its security or operation.

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, sizes, and availability are accurate.

However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.

Product availability may change without notice. Adding an item to your shopping bag does not guarantee its availability.

We may correct product information errors or update listings where necessary. Customers retain any rights arising from materially inaccurate descriptions or products that do not conform to their contracts.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, as permitted by applicable law.

Orders may be reviewed or canceled for legitimate reasons, including:

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

• Product unavailability

• Restricted shipping destinations

• Material pricing or listing errors

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the information supplied at checkout.

Where an item becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or full-value REEVYS store credit.

Where a monetary refund is required by applicable law, the customer retains the right to receive it and is not required to accept store credit instead.

4. Pricing, Currency and Payment

Product prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location and shopping experience.

The final order amount, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, will be displayed at checkout before you submit payment.

Available payment methods vary by market and are presented at checkout.

We may change prices or promotions prospectively without prior notice. Such changes will not affect an order already accepted at its agreed price.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Additional charges imposed independently by your bank or card issuer, where applicable, are outside our control.

5. Shipping and Delivery

REEVYS ships internationally to eligible destinations displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Express Delivery is offered for an additional charge where available, with the applicable price displayed at checkout.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding any different processing period expressly disclosed for pre-order items.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• Standard Delivery: approximately 4–16 business days

• Express Delivery: approximately 3–12 business days

Delivery estimates vary according to destination, carrier, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated or required by law.

Where delivery is materially delayed or an order cannot be fulfilled, customers retain all applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights.

6. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

All applicable import duties, taxes, and import charges are included in the final checkout total.

Customers will not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

REEVYS coordinates the customs documentation required for international shipments.

If you are unexpectedly asked to pay an import charge, contact support@reevys.com for assistance.

7. Returns, Refunds and Store Credit

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

All voluntary returns are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

For eligible voluntary returns outside any statutory right to a monetary refund, approved returns are normally issued as REEVYS store credit, subject to applicable law.

Store credit is generally valid for 12 months from issuance, as detailed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns, except where otherwise agreed or required by law.

Where a customer is legally entitled to a monetary refund, including applicable statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, incorrect, or undelivered products, REEVYS will provide the legally required remedy.

Store credit will not replace a monetary refund where the customer has a legal entitlement to receive one.

Direct exchanges are not currently offered as a standard service.

8. Product Unavailability

Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed due to inventory discrepancies or fulfillment limitations.

If we cannot supply a purchased item, our customer support team may offer an alternative product or full-value store credit, generally valid for 12 months.

Any alternative or store credit offered instead of a legally required monetary refund is subject to the customer's agreement.

Where a customer is legally entitled to a refund because an item cannot be supplied, that right remains available.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including brand names, logos, images, text, graphics, product photography, website design, and other materials, is owned by REEVYS or used with permission from its respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected Website content without the appropriate permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

10. User Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account remains accurate.

11. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

If you submit product reviews, feedback, photographs, or other content through our Website or official channels, you confirm that you have the right to share that material.

You grant REEVYS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt submitted content for operating and promoting our services, subject to applicable law and any permissions or restrictions communicated when the content is collected.

You retain ownership of your original content.

We may remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, infringing, or otherwise violate our content guidelines.

Certain features or transactions may be subject to additional third-party terms.

REEVYS is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites outside our control, but nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Website access.

This section does not affect your statutory rights concerning products or services purchased from REEVYS.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REEVYS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Website use where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections, product remedies, or statutory refund rights.
