Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Pre-order items may have different dispatch estimates, as indicated on the product page.

Available at no charge on all orders to eligible destinations, with no minimum purchase.

Express Delivery

A faster shipping option available at checkout for an additional charge. The final price is shown before you complete your order.

Estimated transit time: 3–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations, customs processing, severe weather, local holidays and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All applicable import duties, taxes and import charges are included in your final checkout total. No additional import charges will be due upon delivery. REEVYS manages the required customs documentation.
