Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Once your order is confirmed, it’s processed immediately. For urgent changes, contact our team within 1 hour of purchase at hello@reevys.com.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available in multiple amounts and delivered instantly by email.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, with priority to the US, UK, CA, AU and Europe.

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days, while Express delivery is 3–6 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over US$79 qualify for free standard shipping.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Some countries may apply customs fees or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility and vary by location.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also log into your Reevys account to check status anytime.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected time, contact hello@reevys.com and our team will assist you right away.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must have original tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available for size and color when stock permits.

Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

How do I know my size?

Are your clothes true to size?
