1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled through our international logistics network. Processing time is 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination and the method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 4–16 business days
- Express Shipping: approximately 3–12 business days
Estimated delivery = Processing time (1–3 business days) + Shipping time.
3. Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. All duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your final checkout total. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.
4. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
5. Do you accept returns?
