At REEVYS, we offer complimentary Standard Delivery on every order, with no minimum purchase, to all destinations available at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Pre-order items may have different dispatch estimates, as indicated on the product page.

Shipping Methods

Standard Delivery — FREE

Available at no charge on all orders to eligible destinations, with no minimum purchase.

Estimated transit time: 4–16 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery

A faster shipping option available at checkout for an additional charge. The final price is shown before you complete your order.

Estimated transit time: 3–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations, customs processing, severe weather, local holidays and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All applicable import duties, taxes and import charges are included in your final checkout total. No additional import charges will be due upon delivery. REEVYS manages the required customs documentation.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Returns

At REEVYS, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review the information below before requesting a return.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any consumer rights granted by applicable law.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, contact support@reevys.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Please wait for our return instructions before sending your package. Approved voluntary returns should generally be dispatched within seven days of approval, without limiting statutory return rights.

Return Eligibility

For voluntary returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging.

Certain items may be excluded from voluntary returns, including:

• Final Sale or clearance items

• Lingerie, tights and socks

• Earrings and selected hygiene-sensitive accessories

• Swimwear and bodysuits with removed hygiene protection

• Incomplete matching sets

These exclusions do not override applicable statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Return Shipping

For voluntary returns due to preference, fit or sizing, customers are generally responsible for return shipping.

If REEVYS provides a paid return label, the disclosed cost may be deducted from voluntary store credit where permitted by law.

Where required by applicable law, REEVYS covers reasonable return shipping for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

Store Credit

For eligible voluntary returns outside any statutory right to a monetary refund, approved returns are normally issued as REEVYS store credit, valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot generally be redeemed for cash.

Where customers are legally entitled to a refund, REEVYS will provide the legally required remedy, including a refund to the appropriate payment method when applicable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact support@reevys.com with your order number and clear photographs where possible.

Our support team will review your request and arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We encourage customers to report problems within 30 days of delivery. This does not limit any longer statutory rights.

Unavailable Items / Inventory Limitations

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to inventory limitations.

If we are unable to fulfill an item, our customer support team may offer an alternative product or full-value store credit, normally valid for 12 months, so you can choose another item from REEVYS.

Where a customer is legally entitled to a monetary refund because an item cannot be supplied, that refund remains available.
